Mango Orange Creamsicle smoothie recipe

 

This is a snazzy new take on the classic orange creamsicle. Adding mango makes a world of a difference.  This recipe includes the ever-popular Wellesse Calcium and D3 supplement. Its tropical flavor blends in so well with the mango, orange and vanilla flavor that you will never know you are drinking your vitamins.

Calcium is essential for strong bones and teeth and preventing osteoporosis while vitamin D helps to optimize calcium absorption and support a healthy immune system.  Mangoes are one of the richest sources of vitamin A and vitamin C and minerals namely potassium, calcium and phosphorus. It is laden with fiber too.  Drink up for your health! 

 

Mango Orange Creamsicle

1 Cup of Orange Juice

2 Cups of Frozen Mango Chunks

4 Ice Cubes

¼ Cup Yogurt (dairy or nondairy)

1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

2 Tbsp. Wellesse Calcium and Vitamin D3

Stevia to taste (optional)

Place all ingredients into blender and process till smooth.
